1. Set Up A Meeting

We take an individual approach to solving your needs. Set up an initial Meeting with our Developers by clicking Get Started today. From this meeting we will capture your needs and give you an initial recommendation based on our experience and current market conditions. We will then schedule a Discovery Meeting to further develop your project

2. Discovery Meeting

We establish a calendar with a series of 1-2 hour long discovery meetings on Zoom where we provide potential solutions, design ideas, and our understanding of your needs. There is no set number of Discovery Meetings, it all depends on your needs. This is critical so that we can develop your requirements, scope of work, and a delivery calendar with timelines and milestones.

3. Requirements Development

During this step we schedule a "Meeting Of The Minds" with you, our project manager, and developer. This meeting ensures that we have a clear understanding of the project requirements according to your vision. There's no room for guessing and doubts, this meeting eliminates any ambiguities from the process. We then get you approval to work the solution and provide the schedule (timeline) from concept to deployment.

4. We Build It!

We build with the future in mind, so we build scalable applications using the Agile Method and Sprints. This means that we build your project in a manner that it can be easily upgraded later based on needs. Our team builds, tests, and demonstrates with scheduled Zoom calls and your application deployed in a test environment for you to see the progress.
